To know the nutrients of the food we eat is very essential for our physical growth so that we can choose the food which is right for our physical development. So teacher explained the nutrients of the fruits such as banana, papaya and pomegranate that are the ingredients of fruit salad, to the children, in detail.  The children were helped by the teachers to make fruit salad by mixing all the chopped fruits with sugar. Children really enjoyed the activity as the making and having fruit salad was nothing but pure fun!
